What GoGifte is

GoGifte helps you discover and organize gift ideas, including an AI assistant that suggests products based on what you tell it. We curate ideas and link out to third-party merchants who fulfill the actual purchase.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't scrape, resell, or republish our content without permission.
• Don't use the AI assistant to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Don't impersonate others or misuse other people's data.

Purchases and third-party merchants

Purchases are made directly with the merchant that owns the product listing. GoGifte is not the seller and is not responsible for product quality, shipping, returns, or customer service from third-party merchants. We may earn an affiliate commission from qualifying purchases — see our Affiliate Disclosure.

Product information, descriptions, and prices are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate or current. Always confirm details on the merchant's site before purchasing.

Intellectual property

The GoGifte name, design, editorial content, and software are owned by us. You may share links to pages on the site, but don't copy substantial portions of the site without permission.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that recommendations will be perfect, that the site will always be available, or that merchant information will be free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoGifte is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including any issue with a purchase made from a third-party merchant.

Changes
